  excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs. The staff were very helpful.

  The hotel is centrally located on Lido Island. The hotel and room were very clean and modern. Breakfast was served in a bright room and was what you expect (meats cheeses, rolls, coffee...). The hotel is located just off main street that has lots of restaurants and shopping. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is great for shell collecting! Overall a nice quiet place to stay away from the crowds of V - The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. They kindly provided useful information and tips for touring Venice. The room was clean and quiet, it was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The air-condition was adequate. The hotel was located away from the main street. At first, we had some difficulty to find it. But once we found it, it was very easy. We enjoyed our staying.

  Hotellet är en vacker liten pärla med fin atmosfär. Bra rum (vi bodde Ifyrbäddsrum som visade sig vara två rum, en dubbelsäng I det ena och tvåenkelsängar I det andra). It is on the Island of Lito about 20 boat ride from the Grand Canal. It was nice to get away from the tourist area of Venice. Boat taxis are so easy. - The friendliness and helpfulness of thestaff as well as the cleanliness of the facilities were outstanding. The decor of the hotel was very notable. The whole experience was marvelous.

  The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was ample. The rooms are basic but very comfy with a nice TV, hair dryer and free toiletries. Our room also had a small balcony with table and chairs.   The hotel's location. It on the opposite side of the road near to the Excelsior. Full suite of lido beach experiences nearby, from the very expensive Excelsior to a free beach (about 50m of sea front, volleyball court at back). There are a couple of beach clubs nearby which are good value. The room we were in had a balcony which overlooked the ten... vad folk säger » nis club. It was the best way to visit Venice and also spend some days at the beach. The staff were wonderful. Also to our surprise, Lido center itself was very relaxing and a nice walk from the hotel.

  After a busy day of crowded sightseeing in Venice, it was wonderful to retreat to a quiet, nicely-appointed, comfortable room in a community where families actually live. We enjoyed strolling the streets at night sampling the local restaurants. The dock for the Vaporettos is an easy walking distance, and the ride into Venice is convenient- only ... vad folk säger » four stops from St. Mark's. We would definitely return on future trips. - Really nice place....verry close to the Lido SME, where you can take boat to the main Venice. No. 5.1 and 1 goes straight to S. marco. from Lido SME you can take bus A, B..... and first second stop is this few steps away from the location. Room was clean-Big and cosy. the host are very friendly and co-operative. They treated us like family guests.
