  Monica and Dino are great hosts who try to fulfill any wishes their guests have (other room, breakfast specials, safe bike spot in our case).   The hotel is centrally located on Lido Island. The hotel and room were very clean and modern. Breakfast was served in a bright room and was what you expect (meats cheeses, rolls, coffee...). The hotel is located just off main street that has lots of restaurants and shopping. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is great for shell collecting! Overall a nice quiet place to stay away from the crowds of V - The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. They kindly provided useful information and tips for touring Venice. The room was clean and quiet, it was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The air-condition was adequate. The hotel was located away from the main street. At first, we had some difficulty to find it. But once we found it, it was very easy. We enjoyed our staying.

Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything. The free internet access also very useful as were the many other included facilities. - A real find.   Hotellet är en vacker liten pärla med fin atmosfär. Bra rum (vi bodde Ifyrbäddsrum som visade sig vara två rum, en dubbelsäng I det ena och tvåenkelsängar I det andra). It is on the Island of Lito about 20 boat ride from the Grand Canal. It was nice to get away from the tourist area of Venice. Boat taxis are so easy. - The friendliness and helpfulness of thestaff as well as the cleanliness of the facilities were outstanding. The decor of the hotel was very notable. The whole experience was marvelous.

  The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful.
