  A grand hotel with great character but what really makes it stand out is the cheerfulness of all staff. Furnishings were in almost new condition combining a tasteful mix of old and new. Very happy with it and will go back again.   Our stay was wonderful, and was made even more so by the geniality of the young couple that "runs the show" there. Parking is a bit out of the way, but Oliver will facilitate this and all other matters pertaining to your stay. The view from our balcony was gorgeous, the cuisine was excellent ... and that lovely dining room!
