  The apartments are very centrally located (though suggest you did what we did and have a google map printed in advance with precise location). Alesandra could not have been more welcoming. She was waiting for us on arrival. She helped us with a place to park nearby and also with suggested a nearby restaurant which was great. This is her own business; the pride she takes in running it and her personal touch makes it a lovely pla - Manager Aessandra was warm, friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Willingly assisted us when we needed a doctor and hospital, she volunteered to act as interpreter, we couldn't have worked the Italian medical system without her. Thank you so much Aessandra. Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked with extras. Close to everything Trieste has to offer.

  very friendly staff; very modern and comfortable; clean; the entering into the hotel without reception by using mail or message instructions was a bit curious at the beginning but turned out very easy and useful afterwards - that just should be pointed out at the hotel description to be prepaired... - Alles!!!   Hotel Victoria turned out to be a true 4-star hotel in a convenient location around the center of Trieste. The staff was most professional and attentive, not to mention fully fluent in English. The breakfast, although served in a buffet style, was lavish and tasteful like I never experienced at any other hotel. A major plus. Most enjoyable with adequate supplemental - We were travelling for our wedding anniversary and on arrival learned we had been upgraded to a suite - fantastic!! The staff were extremely helpful, directing us to parking (with a special hotel rate), recommending and booking a restaurant for our anniversary dinner (which was excellent) and even chilling a bottle of wine we'd brought with us. The room was amazing, clean and luxurious, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly, highly recommended.

  Our mini apartment was spotless, a lot larger than expected, very well furnished, great facilities and had a larger than normal shower box. On our first night we were late in arriving and needed to get to the yacht club quickly so a taxi ride put us back just 8 euros. Also, it very very quiet at night. - It's a very pleasant hotel, with great apartments on the other side of the street with some shops, spotless clean,very quite, specious, equipped and stylish.The location is a bit away from the city center but in a 10 min walk you are their.
