Manager Aessandra was warm, friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Willingly assisted us when we needed a doctor and hospital, she volunteered to act as interpreter, we couldn't have worked the Italian medical system without her. Thank you so much Aessandra.
Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked with extras. Close to everything Trieste has to offer.

Perfekt på alla vis! Gästrecentionerna minns jag inte, men de var säkert bra annars hade vi inte bokat. Hotel Victoria turned out to be a true 4-star hotel in a convenient location around the center of Trieste.
The staff was most professional and attentive, not to mention fully fluent in English.
The breakfast, although served in a buffet style, was lavish and tasteful like I never experienced at any other hotel. A major plus.

We were travelling for our wedding anniversary and on arrival learned we had been upgraded to a suite - fantastic!! The staff were extremely helpful, directing us to parking (with a special hotel rate), recommending and booking a restaurant for our anniversary dinner (which was excellent) and even chilling a bottle of wine we'd brought with us. The room was amazing, clean and luxurious, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly, highly recommended.

Our host Stefano was wonderful. We arrived earlier than expected, but he came to meet us, prepared an espresso for us, gave us a map of Trieste, and described a variety of activities and points of interest within walking distance, or bus route. He really made our stay a pleasure. -
