  Welcome was very friendly as well as the owners were. If there were any problem, I could ask for its correction, and it would be done as soon as possible. Very friendly atmosphere not far from Trieste's main train station; moreover, local transport is easily accessible from the hotel. - Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and modern as well. Overall, I'm really satisfied.

  First,location and value for the money were the best. Then,when we arrived,the warm welcome from the owner,who was waiting for us for 2 hour (due some traffic problems) ,and his attention for all details,from the parking place for our car just in front,to help with luggage to the second floor,city map and restaurant and city sights recommendation,... vad folk säger » all was perfect. Very nice structure,an old house,from 1860,well designed,with all you need for a short or long stay,5 minute(on the stairs) from the - Unique - wonderful surprize to open the door at the top of 4 flights of stairs of a very old building to lovely rooms with antique furniture , breakfast in a sunfilled room with antique dishes and the most courteous host, David. Highly recommended as long as you are able to climb a lot of stairs.

  Proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Arrived early without notice but she accommodated us without complaint - greatly appreciated. Comfortable bed.   My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful bed and breakfast. The room was spacious and nicely designed. Breakfast was great but above all Francesco and Viviana the owners of the hotel are friendly and great tour guides. The b&b is 5 minutes from the city center and if you do not have a car the bus stop is right in front. Located at outskirts of the city, with own parking, it is suitable for arriving with car and using city buses later (39, 51 stop just in front, and 4/A 200m away).
