  The apartment was very well appointed, with a nice table inside and out. The living room/kitchen area was very spacious. All of the cooking utensils were spotlessly clean. We had a very comfortable garden area . The bathroom was large and also spotlessly clean. One unexpected benefit was that trash was removed and towels were changed daily. Carmen, the owne - Stayed in 2 bed appartment very clean and well equipped. self catering but if you ask reception they can order in fresh bread and deliver to your room early morning. Compimentary cake and fruit juice in the afternoon available in reception. Nice little pool available in the garden handy to cool off.great view of Sassolungo peering over the hills! Good parking!

  Friendly owner's with basic English skills ...German / Italian is their native languages.... so either of these languages would be beneficial in order to converse and get to know all the best places to visit. Very modern and clean accommodation... Ortesei in summer was a paradise for walkers...great base for hill walking on the winter ski slopes..... vad folk säger » . use of cable cars / ski lifts etc., Useful information centre in the town to obtain guides to the area in English and to purchase the travel / cable - The hospitality, the beautiful house, its position and the spotless and spacious apartments. The modern and well-equipped house is very convenient, on the edge of fields, close to the village but with a magnificent open view. The hospitality was exceptional. We were a group of three families with older children. Claudia the owner upgraded two of the families to bigger apartments and more importantly assisted us with every request (even with laundry). We couldn't expect more.

  This was a wonderful place to stay in Val Gardena. It is easily accessible; outside the center, close to the main road which is a big advantage, unlike most other hotels/pensions which are up in slopes and access is very difficult by steep and narrow streets. This was perfect from location point of view. The family that runs the pension is keen to... vad folk säger » ensure that all their guests have a good holiday, they were friendly and helpful any time and know many languages; this is all reflected in the way t - A real family hotel with family care for customers. Very nice relax zone (though it is small, so try not to attend during "hot hour: 4-5 pm") Fantastic cuisine and very fresh! The rooms are not big, but well equipped and comfortable. Bus stop is really 100 meters away and they also provide a hotel transfer to the mountain in the morning. I definitely recommend it for staying if you go for skiing and want a quiet family owned place.
