  It was faultless. Even had turndown service! The staff were so helpful and the facilities excellent. Seemed more like 5 star than 3-4. Cant understand some of the comments on the LetsBookHotel.com site about distance from town - my 12 year old daughter had no problem walking this and there is a hotel bus that makes transfers at regular times. Prior to our arrival they arranged a private van tour of the Amalfi Coast for our group of 8. The rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast was good and the view from the 5th floor breakfast room is stunning, right at Vesuvius. All the rooms have a balcony with a view. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Free shuttle.   I thought i was going to walk to the hotel, so I was pulling my suitcase up the hill, when Gianluigi, the owner came by a scooter and asked me, why i have not called him, so he could pick me up. I made my reservation kind of late but I still requested a bath tub and a lower floor. I figured asking can’t hurt. They were able to accommodate me on both request and I got a balcony suite. Everyth - Sorrento apartments was a joy to stay at, the staff were courteous and very friendly. we stayed in the 4 person apartment with the balcony. we were over in Sorrento for our wedding and a number of times we had around 20+ people in our apartment and they happily accommodated us. the balcony was able to hold 20+ people with sun beds, table, chairs and even a little pond provided! the apartment was clean and fresh and the kitchen fully kitted out for self sustained living. the bar below happily br

  The location is fantastic and the staff was more than helpful. Also, the breakfast/brunch is very good. - We choose the panoramic view with large balcony and while it was more expensive than a standard room, it have us a huge balcony which had sun all day long with some shade. Lovely luxury.

  Staff was very friendly, especially Massimiliano. We arrived on the wrong day and reception was closed, he came from his restaurant and helped us out. Called our hotel in Praiano to confirm that we still have a booking and escorted us personally to the train station. Great location- right in the middle of the city. Make sure - -the staffs are great, they will help you as much as they can and sincere. They work hard -The rooms are big, clean and excellent -The bathroom is clean -No lift, only stairs. They will help to take our luggage by luggage lift, but if you have problem with your health to take stairs, you have to consider this or you can ask for the room downstair -The internet line not strong enough if you use it in the room

  Pretty much everything was great. The location and the rooms are fantastic. The staff are very serviceminded and did everything to make our stay perfect. One of the few hotels that is and looks as good as the description and the pictures show on the website.
