  Personalen var hjälpsam och vänlig. Lägenheten passade oss perfekt med två rum (ett för barnen) och kokmöjlighet. AC fungerade OK. Bra toa/dusch. Centralt läge intill Piazza Tasso men rummet, som låg in mot gården, stördes inte av trafiken (vilket rum ut mot gatan förmodligen har problem med då trafiken var tät). - Att vi fick ett större rum än vi ... vad folk säger » betalade för.

  Ivan and Fabbiana are exceptional hosts - we were grateful to have such wonderful people welcome us to Sorrento. The staff is a reflection of the owners - Giovanni went out of his way to assist us with parking, traffic control while we parked, and carrying our bags to the hotel. Lina was warm and welcoming, and very gracious in the phone calls and... vad folk säger » emails prior to our visit. Marika checked us in and was also a beacon of grace and customer service. Last but not least, Serafina and her home baked - I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos. The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends.   We traveled along the amalfi coast all the way to Sorrento on a 7 day trip. Throughout our trip we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and comfort the hotels provided on the coast... until we came across Magi House Relais. We wanted to stay forever! It was better than any 5 star hotel or any other hotels we came acr - Great location in the old quarter in the center of Sorrento. Everything was perfect. The apartment was bi-level, bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a small kitchen upstairs, which allowed us to cook a few nights and then dine out a few nights. It is also an easy 30 minute train ride from Sorrrento to Pompei and 15 more minutes to Herculanaem. Staff at Magi House were wonderful. The owner Mariano wants to make sure that you have a great stay.

  Highly recommended. Right in the heart of Sorrento. Only 15 minutes walk to train station and bus depot. We had a spacious room overlooking the piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Sorrento. No lifts, so you better practice lifting your suitcases up a few flight of stairs.   Rota Suites is awesome. It is clean, modern and recently refurbished. The decor was very tasteful. Giuseppi and Rafaella couldn't have been more helpful.   We realized we are not going to make to Sorrento by 8 pm, and called them. They were kind enough to wait, and Roberta let us in at well past 10 pm. The room is tastefully decorated, with a nice balcony overlooking the street. There were some packages cookies and stuff as breakfast - not a whole lot, but ok.   We bookd originally for two days, but then stayed for all six of our time in the region. The room was upgraded (without extra cost) and the view and breakfast were as good as others have commented on.   It was a short walk from what I thought to be a very cute secret beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the donuts with chocolate inside are delicious! - i like the staff, they are very nice and helpful, the room is clean (every day) and it is a nice spot; close to the station, to the center.

  The staff were excellent and the little chalets were a refreshing change from a multi storey hotel. It's a ten minute walk to the main square but as a result it's a peaceful retreat. There's a great restaurant called Fillippo about a five minute walk away.   I thought i was going to walk to the hotel, so I was pulling my suitcase up the hill, when Gianluigi, the owner came by a scooter and asked me, why i have not called him, so he could pick me up. This gave me a very positive first impression, that became even better, as we rose high on the hillside, and the view opened up.   Let's start with the staff, they are so helpful and friendly. This hotel is located right on the main strip and close to restaurants, shoppes, the old town, etc.. It is very modern, clean and quiet (double paned doors block out most street noise). We had a balcony overlooking the Main Street that is closed to traffic every evening (pedestrian zone... vad folk säger » ), we loved being a part of the action but if you prefer something a little quieter ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. We thought the brea - This was my favorite hotel stay on our trip to Italy. Pepe and his staff were the best; professional, super friendly, I can't say more to express how warm and helpful they were. We had a wonderful room. It had all the amenities we needed and a large bathroom. Breakfast was more than wonderful. The location was spot on, right in the middle of town. It's all you could want and need for a lovely stay in Sorrento.

  Maison Tofani is the best kept secret in Sorrento. The staff were exceptional, especially Giovanni who collected our hire car on the morning we were leaving as the garage did not open until after we wanted to leave. Giovanni - We stayed 6 nights in Maison Tofani which is a great little hotel in the historical centre of Sorrento, decorated in the best Italian style. We had a large room with a big bed, a sofa and armchairs, a bathroom with shower - and free wifi! The room overlooked the narrow shopping street. We had a small table and two chairs on the minute balcony where we could watch the world go by. The windows were well insulated as we weren't disturbed by noise.
