  During a 2-week trip to Italy this great hotel was the highlight. The stunning views of the bay of Naples from our room and the beautiful dining room/ restaurant were a joy! The restaurant is one of the highlights of the hotel. They make gorgeous, delicious food at a very reasonable price. We stayed 5 days there and it was a very pleasant stay. Will recommend to anybody traveling to Sorrento.

  My wife and I have traveled fairly extensively. I am not exaggerating when I say that this was the finest hotel we have ever stayed in. It is certainly possible to find more expensive hotels. But the staff -- and it does make an incredible difference -- was deeply warm and welcoming, and helped us out during a transportation snafu. Ac, Raffaele, and Mar - We had four days in Sorrento and was very happy with our choice in Hotel Regina. My advice would be to choose a room with a full view as the view of the water and Mt. Vesuvius was a delight. The view from the breakfast room is also truly gorgeous, making eating twice as good. There is no restaurant available for other meals but not an issue for us as plenty of little restaurants in Sorrento to choose from. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cant understand some of the comments on the LetsBookHotel.com site about distance from town - my 12 year old daughter had no problem walking this and there is a hotel bus that makes transfers at regular times.   The location is fantastic and the staff was more than helpful. Also, the breakfast/brunch is very good. - We choose the panoramic view with large balcony and while it was more expensive than a standard room, it have us a huge balcony which had sun all day long with some shade. Lovely luxury.
