  The room was large, pleasant and tastefully decorated. Everything worked, the room was clean and airy. The bed was comfortable. Staff in reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty - lots of sweet stuff, but that's Sicily for you! Walking distance (15 min) to the old part of Siracusa (Ortigia). Quiet and big comfortable rooms, everything looked quite new. Good breakfast.

  Best possible location. Clean, good rooms, nice décor. The Owner very helpful, personally found out for us how to get to Noto by bus. The idea with breakfast in the café is excellent – it’s the best located café opposite il duomo with tables outside, good coffee and croissants and ‘the view’. The street gets busy over the weekends and you can hear people walking and talking until late (but - To be able to lean out the window and look into the centre of Piazza Duomo was just amazing. Very clean comfortable room with a good bathroom, air conditioned and quiet thanks to two rows of double glazing. Sitting in the Piazza Duomo cafe having the included breakfast was fantastic and driving our car out of the hotel's garage through the middle of the pedestrian square like local residents was simply priceless. The owners were really helpful and we can thoroughly recommend this place.

  The Hotel Livingston is on the edge of the island of Ortigia. When you eat in the fourth-floor hotel dining room, the windows on three sides look largely over the Mediterranean, but also over old rooftops. It's easy to walk to anywhere in Ortigia from there. Or just to swim in the sea and sunbathe on the rocks. - We really loved the Hotel Livingston's neighborhood. Walking was a delight, there is a terrific gourmet Locanda nearby. Our room was large with two sets of French doors looking onto the street and to the sea and swimming rock! The bathroom was luxurious - loved the towel bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast was good with an extensive buffet.

  We loved Laura and her staff at Musciara Resort. They were professional and extremely attentive while also being warm and very approachable. Breakfasts (and lunch and dinner, if you wish) were delicious and served on the terrace right at seaside. The only one with a private beach, it was just great to start our trip there. For the boys they even could use a kayak which they enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing when comparing with Italy standards.

  I don't leave reviews often, but this one is definitely worth it. Brilliant location - just 2 minutes walk to the historic city center, perfect price - the best we found among reasonably centrally located ones, spacious, clean, nice rooms and you can even make yourself tea on a common kitchen and use owner's PC with internet, nice breakfast with p... vad folk säger » lenty of choice. Though the most important bit - the owner is the friendliest guy ever, extremely helpful and ready to go an extra mile for you, speak - Antonio, the owner, is a superb host. He goes the extra mile to be helpful and make your stay a good one, helping with suggestions of what to do, where to eat, and did not hesitate to help with information about travel arrangements. The location was ideal for someone with a car, just two blocks from Ortygia and plenty of free parking available. The street was quiet, the room large and, although the decorations are very basic, very comfortable and very clean.
