  The surroundings are really beautiful, especially if you want a taste of the Toscana countryside. It is not far from the center of SIENNA when you have a car.The owner of this family house is a typical italien mom, very tentive and eager to please.   Was easy to find and very close to the city center. Also the breakfast was more than fair and there was great variety of dishes. The hotel morning stuff was very kind and patience. Great location fo fair price. I did enjoy my staying. - The location was nice.

  Lungt, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. De ville verkligen att gästerna skulle ha det bra. Bra frukost. Gratis parkering intill hotellet - The location was amazing - only a 30 min walk or 5 min bus ride into the old town of Sienna. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would also recommend the Chianti Tour that the staff will book for you. - The owner, Gabriela, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She let us have our choice of rooms after showing us the options. The rooms were clean and quiet with very comfortable beds. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this BandB again to our friends.

  Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. You are right in the center of the old town and the evening bar next door is good for a nightcap or snack.   The hostess was great and the breakfast food and coffee were a greatstart to the day. The rooms were large and the views were great. The busstop is nearby, though we took our car into Sienna for more flexability.Would reccommend this to everyone, a great experience all around.   Everything! Nicola was an exceptionally friendly host, and his family were wonderful even though their English was not as good as his. The castello and grounds were beautiful and the views from the tower room were literally breathtaking. This was probably the single best stay my wife and I have had in our lives.   First, I need to explain that this is like a house or apartment with a small living room and kitchen area and then several floors of rooms with shared bathrooms inside of a larger building that houses other residences and some offices, as well. It is not a hotel, per se. Having the shared bathroom was not really a problem...I think there was onl... vad folk säger » y one other room occupied on my floor and so it really was almost as if I had my own bathroom. One could use the kitchen (put items in the refrigerat - A bit of a find, this - right in the centre of Siena, the many stairs lead to a top floor maze of linked apartments managed from the floor below. Astonishing views from both communal areas and some rooms. Kitchen extremely well set up and spacious - could happily cook a family meal here if travelling on a budget. Theres even a freezer. Owners good-natured and helpful eg: allowed us to leave bags there on last day to pick up later.

  We stayed here over Easter 2013 and unconditionally recommend to others. We enjoyed our stay immensely and even enjoyed the walk into Siena which only took about 30 minutes (one way). Our host was very friendly and accommodating, recommending side trips and restaurants for us (see my other reviews if interested), everything recommended met expecta... vad folk säger » tions. He goes out of his way to please and always goes the extra mile putting guests first at all times. He also makes a fantastic Expresso (refill a - The owner of the house is very kind and obliging...waited for us even when we were late on our way, without any problem and even we arrived at midnight, he welcomed us very pleasantly and gave us some good advices about Siena (including free parking). The room was really nice furnished and clean. Excellent breakfast...especially the cakes. The house is on the quiet surburb of Siena, very good position for discovering Siena :) We definitely recomend this place...no doubts!

The breakfast was nice and the room was suitable for our needs. The best part of the trip was the hospitality of Anissa.
