Perfect location, only 2 minutes walk away from the Cavour Metro station
plus one of the best gelato shops in Rome (Fatamorgana) is right outside
the hotel. A number of nice cafes around, with a pizza restaurant next
door that can deliver food to your hotel room free of charge. Maurizio,
the hotel receptionist, was very helpful, friendly and warm.

Top floor room had a private terrace, Free internet, Air conditioning was a plus, but the real bonus here is location location location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome. The man who helped with the check in also brought us to our room and gave us an overview of the facilities. He was really friendly and detailed. - Everything. The room is big enough (Europe standard), the bed is absolutely comfortable and the shower is mmmmmmm... what a great experience after walking Rome. The bathroom, the huge TV, the DVD... everything is new and modern. Really clean. The coffee and tea facilities are very good to take something quikcly and start exploring Rome without delay. The staff was really kind and helpful.

I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The
hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was
so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so
much to the staff ! The hotel is in a great location close to The
Vatican and to the Historico Centro and the beautiful Piazza Navona .The

We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy.
Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly
and helpful with all of our questions. The whole complex was clean and

Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.
