  The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew about the amenities of the hostel and Nas went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport for an early flight.   I stayed in the hostel for 7 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, any question you do they always answer with a smile. People who go to this hostel is fun and young people. The place is close to everything. I 100% recommend this hostel if you want to spend an unforgettable time in Rome. Tables, chairs, closets that was possible to lock (bring your own lock). There were 3 showers and 3 toilets for ladies on the floor for 4 bedrooms, so they were never crowded. I did not see showers or toilets for men as it was a separate room ;-). The hostel is well located, 5 minutes walking distance from Termini train station where also buses from airports stop.   I would describe this hostel as a boutique one as everything was special comparing with other hostels I stayed before. It was good cleaned, comfortable and well-decorated. The price comparing with the quality was just value for money. And now I know that it was the right choice. Location is good, despite that it's too noisy - The whole hostel is very nice the decor is very modern. The building is a easy 5 min walk from termini station. It's shares a building with other hostels. The area is a little diverse but I never felt unsafe. Internet room with 3 free computers. Vending machines with drinks, snacks, and other items you may need. Big spacious rooms with locker storage, just bring a pad lock. Bathroom was always free it has 3 with showers sinks and toliettes. A little intimidating at first glance from the outside, but surprisingly wellrenovated on the inside.We stayed in a familyroom with bathroom, simple and clean.
