  The service was excellent. I was was ill the first day of my stay and the staff went to the pharmacy to get medication and even offered to call in a doctor.   We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery.
