  The hotel was close to the Termini and in a safe location. The girls at reception were friendly and helpful and also carried my suitcase up to the first floor...much appreciated . The bed was comfortable with furniture being tradipional - Staff were excellent, very helpful and informative.   The hotel was good, close to Termini station so its was perfect. Breakfast was ok, Italy style, And personal was good specially Romar! You did a good job and was very helpfull, Well done mate :) // Tommy And Jessica :) - The staff was really nice and helpful. Location was great, about 8 minuts by walk to the Coloseum, also price was fair.

  The perfect combination of staff, comfort and location. Just two blocks from Termini station. I got sick and feverish one day and one of the ladies of the staff treated me as her brother taking care of me and it really made me feel better.   Location was great! Only three blocks from the main train station in Rome! A great laundry one block away, restaurants also close by. Our room slept four adult-sized family members in four individual single beds which were comfortable. The explained which places to visit, which buses to get, printed out tickets, spoke english. Also location was good, central close to train station, with restaurants near by, safe by night.   The place is a bit old, but surprisingly clean and tidy, the owner does not speak english but very nice and always smiling, very close to the termini and all the shops, would recommend this to tight budget travelers. - excellent location, nice staffs, nice wifi , i love the smile of the old lady owner !

  I loved that it was just across the street from the Termini Station. Very central and very convenient.   It was nice and clean the staff was very helpful. Walking distance from Termini. We got our own bathroom, but its not included in all the rooms. - Helpful staff, good central location near station with easy access to Metro and buses. Basic accomodation but very clean.Cheap
