Recommended!!! If I return I will come back here. Very clean rooms.
Every day cleaning. We stayed 5 night and they changed towels once. But
if you want they will do more often (no need for most people). The room
was not tiny (also not small), just good. We had room at the backside
which I think was a plus for the city noice (traffic etc. runs
24/7). beds are great. We slept good! In the common room (let's
say Lounge / kitchen) there is juice, coffee, tea, kind-of-cake as

The whole place really was decorated to a luxury standard, even small
details had been accounted for to make the room comfortable. All the
staff were really friendly and helpful and even arranged our taxi back
to the airport which was great. The local area was full of nice chilled
bars and seemed much more local and authentic rather than touristy.
Transport into the city centre was quick and easy and we managed to get
taxis home later at night for less than 15 euros. Would definitely
recommend,.
At first very friendly and helpfull hotel staff! They picked us up and
brought us free of charges of/to the station. The room was very
comfortable and nice. The common room is also very pleasure. You can
take coffee, tea, croissants etc. at any time. Near the hotel is a
busstation and a tramstation. The area is very nice, with good
restaurants. We had a great time in Rome (especially thanks to the
Pigneto luxury rooms). If we go back to rome, we will stay definitely at
Pigneto luxury rooms agai.
The room itself. It was very clean more then enough space for two persons and very clean.
Also the shared Kitchen invited to meet other people and gave a very friendly atmosphere to the apartment.
The location of the apartment: It lays next to a young lively district of rome with rustic restaurants which offer nice cheap dinner. The city center can be reached with the tram in no time and is also in fair walk distance. The first sights are only a 10 minute walk away.
What a great place to stay. The owners were very welcoming. The room was
beautifully finished to a very high standard. The location is well
served by the 81 bus, the 5 and 14 trams as well as being an affordable
hop in a taxi from the Termini. Finally the price, currently at 60eur is
amazing. If we ever go back to Rome and Pigneto is still going strong,
then I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.
The room was very good, clean and designed beautifully. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good as well. The common kitchen part is good to have a fast breakfast or a snack before sleep. The staff is super kind and helpful. It is easy to get to anywhere from the room, we mostly used the bus 810, so the location is also good.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the room and the staff.
Everything!!!! Room, staff, furniture, price. Very clean, stylish, comfortable with separate bathroom and toilet. The owners are very polite, hospitable and offer you everything you want. Tram and bus station just outside Pigneto lux rooms...
The staff and the rooms are amazing. It is quiet difficult to find such a nice service and such a nice place for the price we paid in a touristic city as Rome. I would definitely add it to my favorite places to stay in Italy.
Everything is so clean and nice, especially the staff. Although breakfast is not provided, we had free cakes, pasta, juice, tea and coffee as well. The staff even bought me an Italian plug for free, which is really helpful!!.

The location of the apartment: In front of the apartment is a two level frequently street and the main depot of the tram is on the other side of the street. So there are some traffic noises which worked for me perfectly as an alarm to get up not to late.
The room was a bit noisy, due to the tram, but nothing that would keep you up at night.
The neighborhood is not the best one and running around at night can be a bit more exciting than a tourist would like, but it is only after 10-11 pm and we didn't had any problems.
When line 3 of metro will be ready, the location will become perfect.
it is still a bit noisy despite of the owners tries of installing damping materials in the windows.
The recommended candlelight dinner is a bit over-priced.
