The location was really the best - one minute to Termini train station and metro. Hotel room was very nice and comfortable - the AC worked good. We can only recommend this hotel. Very near in Termini. Easy to go out with a room key. Close to the train station. Very convenient.friendly, helpful staff. I liked being near the train station (made it easy to find your way back after a day of sightseeing) breakfast included was nice. stuff was firendly. The location was the best. i saw everything that i wanted to see and i would stay in that location again. breakfest was great. The location. It´s near to central termini witch made our stay smoother.Nothing except the maps and travel info kept on the reception which you get in every hotel. Maybe the first impression in reception desk wasn´t so good, but everything was OK.nothing you can't expect from a 2 star hotel. Credit card machine often does not work. And someone said "Pay 130 euro per one night", other said "70 euro".No internet service or telephone in rooms. Hard mattress, tended to be fairly noisy in the mornings both in the hotel and in the courtyard our room looked out on.AC did not work when it was hotter than..... hotel staff did not anwser any of my emails. they say that breakfast is included but it´s only one small crossiant and a small coffee.Breakfast was in some other restaurant ( not in the hotel ) and which included one coffee and one small croissant.
