  We really liked everything about our stay at this small, beautiful hotel. Once we got to the hotel, the owner Denise was there to welcome us personally with her frien - This exquisitely renovated castle provides every luxury and is a great base for exploring the beautiful Barolo wine country. Nonetheless, the high point for us was the food. Chef (and owner) Denise Pardini, whose resume includes at stint at Chez Panisse, has figureed out how to brighten traditional Piedmontese cuisine for the modern palette. Everything was delicious.   We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great. the owners recommend one of their apartments for our family which worked out great for us. The views are fantastic from the hotel. Best of all was the delicious, seven course meals served up each evening. The food and wine were excellent and an extremely good value. - Everything was excellent... vad folk säger » , the welcome from the family fantastic. The dinners offered (if wanted) were superb and we stayed for 2 nights the meals different each night and home cooked. Accommodation extremely clean, pool also and we are planning a return trip next year, fantastico!
