  I loved the location right on the beach. I loved how big the apartment was. I loved the two balconies. One to see the sunrise and the other to see the sunset.   I really want to say a big thank you for the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, apartman was clean and comfortable, well equiped and nice. Every room has a balcony, the sofa bed can be opened, so it was very comfortable. Wi-fi worked properly, but for the laundry - which is next door to the h - Monica & Luca are fantastic, always willing to help and guide you in Rimini. Location of hotel is near beach and in the middle of center and part of town were is night clubs. Rimini Fair is on 6 km and is easy to reach by car or bus.

  1. Nice place for a short / longer stay in Rimini - the beach is across the street and can be seen from the balcony; 2. Both balcony and dining/cooking area are tiny, but functional, convenient and nice; 3. A live promenade street is right next to the building - good if you like night walks; 4. Free bicycle rent (didn't use though booked); 5. Good... vad folk säger » traditional blinds can protect from sun / noise if necessary. - They were very very willing to help us! We had car trouble (not due to the hotel) and we ended up needing to book 3 extra nights until our car could be ready(over Easter break). Samona helped us rebook the same apt. AND b/c our car was not done until the end of the business day on the last day - they let us "hang out" in the apt until it was ready at no extra charge! We are VERY grateful for this!

  The couple who owns the hotel are absolutly amazing!!!!! They do everything to satisfy their guests and are very nice warm and open people. The hotel itself is band new or newly renovated. So it is very fresh and clean everywhere in the hotel. Next to the hotel is a very good restaurant with very fresh and tasty food. I really loved everything abo... vad folk säger » uth this place. I will definitely stay there again. - A very nice hotel. The owners, Maximo and Anna, are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! The room was spacious and VERY clean.   The hotel was nice, very clean, appropritate for the family with small children. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located close to the beach, ca. 200 m. - New and clean rooms. Equipped kitchen with everything you need. Great staff that helped us in all matters. There were no problems with living in the apartment.
