This is an exceptional family owned & operated hotel, easily accessible by train from Milan.. The family & staff take great pride in this resort which is right on Lake Como. Very clean, tastefully decorated room, and a gorgeous dining room overlooking the lake. Very helpful personal attention from the staff about how best to enjoy the area

Wonderful location in Bellano (which is usually a quiet village) right on the lakeside. Our room opened onto a balcony that had the lake lapping right underneath it. Great dining room with big picture windows onto lake. Breakfast was really good with eggs cooked to order by the owner!

The guest house is situated approximately 5min walk from the Bellano. We had a car and thought it was an excellent base with fantastic views from our lake side room.
Anita who owns and runs the guest house goes out of her way to accommodate you. Breakfast was good with freh bread every morning and many other options. The guest house is a lovely house with a fireplace and large terrace to enjoy summer and winter.

Vänligheten från personalen. Det ville hjälpa till så gott de kunde, trots att de flesta inte pratade engelska. The staff and Giuseppe were very friendly. The appartment was very clean, the kitchen was basic but we managed. The place was just so peaceful and when you arrive you can smell the beautiful flowers. Me and my wife will be returning soon. Thank you Giuseppe for showing us around your other amazing complex. -
