  The personnel worked perfectly well. Extremely polite workers reception and restaurant. An excellent breakfast (a variety of fruit, a melon, a strawberry, pineapple, peaches etc., a wide choice of cheeses...).   it was good experince as whole I enjoyed every minute - Very good service both at the reception and at the breakfast. Nicebreakfast although I somewhat missed some bacon and scramled eggs. (Thestaff was kind enough to let me have the breakfast outside. The negativecomplaints about the neighborhood of the hotel (Chinatown) is difficultto understand.... vad folk säger » Although, the area is not especially italian or milaneseit feels pretty safe.

  The staff was really nice and helpful! The room we booked had 2 single beds, at the check in the guy mentioned it to us and offered to look for a room with a double bed. So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies Room. It was a really nice room, it had sports equipment, hair-style devices, complimentary tea and water and some nice beauty products.... vad folk säger » The location is very close to the party of Milano. - Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious and the bathroom well equipped and cristal clean. The location is good, within walking distance from Garibaldi train and metro station. If you fly to/from Malpensa, there is a direct train from Garibaldi station, very easy and accesible.
