  fabulous hotel. Excellent and very helpful staff. Rooms were amazing with gorgeous sea view. Wellness area with sauna, steam room, emotional showers and the pool area were fantastic.   The hotel provided a shuttle service free of charge. There was a lovely man waiting for us when we got off the hydrofoil, which made the travel a lot less stressful. All of the staff were fantastic and made our stay a very pleasant one. We would love to return to Lipari one day and would definitely stay here again.   Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Tekniska faciliteter på rummet funkadebra. Stort och välutrustat badrum.Underbar säng, bra och tystluftkonditionering, inga störande ljud från grannar eller korridor. - The hotel is centrally located in Palermo, close to the various places that would be of interest to tourists. There were a number of good restaurants... vad folk säger » in the neighborhood and shopping on the nearby via Roma, if one were so inclined. The room was large and well furnished, with a large armoire and a flat screen TV. - The staff was exceptionally helpful. When we ran into a problem withour atm card some days after we checked out, the staff went far out oftheir way to help make facilities available to help us sort out theproblem. I would never choose a different hotel in Palermo. It'llalways be the gh Wagner.

  My my, what a hard review to write. I can tell you now, that these photos or anything I write here, will not do this hotel justice. If you are looking at this hotel now however, give yourself a highfive, cause you have just found a gem. I have pretty much been raised in five star hotels and have seen them all. It is upsetting when you book a hotel... vad folk säger » and it is nothing like you expected. With Villa Neri, it was better! In our age with all the media tools we have available nothing is really left ope - Do not compare a 5* hotel in Sicily with a 5* hotel anywhere else in the world...Saying that, we had a lovely time despite some flaws, exploring the Etna region and playing golf on the oldest golf course in Sicily nearby (green fee reduction when you stay in the hotel). Make sure to visit Castiglione di Sicilia about 1/2 hr. away. Hotel is in a very quiet area in well kept grounds, perfect for a short break. Good Wi-Fi connection in rooms, but somehow slow speed (as everywhere in Sicily). Woul

  From the harbor we were picked up by the hotel. On arrival we got a drink, and our luggage was directly sent to our room. We got an upgrade to a room with sea view. The hotel has a great outdoor pool, and is well maintained. The hotel has two on site restaurant which are good. The hotel has a nice SPA.
