  Reception staff very courteous and helpful. Gave us a free upgrade and let us check in our room early. Room facing the race track is really nice. very spacious and modern. Although the hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere, it is very close to the Autostrada and just a short drive to Ortigia Indoor pool is nice.   fabulous hotel. Excellent and very helpful staff. Rooms were amazing with gorgeous sea view. Wellness area with sauna, steam room, emotional showers and the pool area were fantastic.   The hotel provided a shuttle service free of charge. There was a lovely man waiting for us when we got off the hydrofoil, which made the travel a lot less stressful. All of the staff were fantastic and made our stay a very pleasant one. We would love to return to Lipari one day and would definitely stay here again.   My my, what a hard review to write. I can tell you now, that these photos or anything I write here, will not do this hotel justice. If you are looking at this hotel now however, give yourself a highfive, cause you have just found a gem. I have pretty much been raised in five star hotels and have seen them all. In our age with all the media tools we have available nothing is really left ope - Do not compare a 5* hotel in Sicily with a 5* hotel anywhere else in the world...Saying that, we had a lovely time despite some flaws, exploring the Etna region and playing golf on the oldest golf course in Sicily nearby (green fee reduction when you stay in the hotel). Make sure to visit Castiglione di Sicilia about 1/2 hr. away. Hotel is in a very quiet area in well kept grounds, perfect for a short break. Good Wi-Fi connection in rooms, but somehow slow speed (as everywhere in Sicily). Woul

  From the harbor we were picked up by the hotel. On arrival we got a drink, and our luggage was directly sent to our room. We got an upgrade to a room with sea view. The hotel has a great outdoor pool, and is well maintained. The hotel has two on site restaurant which are good. The hotel has a nice SPA.
