  The staff were extremely helpful. I had no problem with the language and they could all speak English. All staff were eager to please and offered excellent advice on where to eat and where to go to experience Napoli. The services offered were exceptional and I was treated as a special guest.   Superb city boutique hotel. Renovated with wonderful style and modern comforts. Staff were extremely helpful. Very good central location. Could walk everywhere including to the port. Owner was gracious. Best cappuccino machine I encountered on our 3 week trip through Italy. Breakfast was fine. We travelled with another couple of friends that have a 1 yr old baby and the Stuff had really made the stay so nice. Moreover my friend is Celiac and Attico Partenopeo helped us in finding a celiac restaurant (which was just great) and also provide and reserved some products for his breakfast.

  The Plazzo Alabardieri was a real find! It is in a great location within easy walking distance for shopping, sight seeing, restaurants and bars. It is also in a very safe location. Hotel itself is a boutique hotel which is very elegant and peaceful. Room and bathroom facilities were good. Breakfast had an excellent choice and very good quality. The restaurant Umbertos close to thehotel was very good and romantic.
