  The staff were extremely helpful. I had no problem with the language and they could all speak English. All staff were eager to please and offered excellent advice on where to eat and where to go to experience Napoli. The services offered were exceptional and I was treated as a special guest.   Att komma in i hotellrummet från Neapels gator som var fulla av skit o skräp. Hotellet var bra men det var allt. Utsikten var fin mot havet o en gammal borg ute i vattnet. - The exellent room and the Quality of the reception staff - great room; nice staff, good location
