This is a beautiful hotel:an art gallery on every floor, mosaic, marble,marquetry,statues and fountains. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake is a wonderful start to each day. Excellent food and service and very comfortable room.

All the staff who we encountered at the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous. Through all areas we received excellent customer care.
Our bedroom was beautiful with stylish, high quality furnishings and luxury bathroom products. It was spotlessly clean.

very good - great location, nice the villagie feel, spa facilities were quite good though the water was cold in the showers! also, we complained about the service and in all fairness the manager took off food from our bill and gave us a discount on accommodation. he also promised to make some significant changes to the way the hotel is run so maybe
