They provided a local map and advised on where to go, what to do and how long we would need to complete our sightseeing.   Caprice is at very good location, in the center of the city. Easy to reach by public transport. We had the best for its price.   The location was perfect and close to everything - 5 mins to metro stop, park around the corner, Spanish Steps 5 mins away. Very quiet location and no street noise (we had an inner courtyard room). Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood. They even made breakfast bags when we checked out... vad folk säger » at 4:30! - Staff was very helpful with reservations and accomodations. Room was a good size for a european hotel. Plenty of room for my family of four. Room was nicely decorated with a large bathroom. Quiet location. Breakfast was typical european breakfast--pastries, cereal, hams, cheeses, yogurt,,,etc. Great location.

  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children

  Friendly and helpful staff. Close to via Veneto and barberini. And very easy to walk to all major attractions. Would recommend going to trasrevere. Lovely restaurants. Take the bus from via Veneto- to largo argentina and cross the road to grab a tram to trasrevere. No 1 or no 8. Enjoy the magic of Rome!! Also do visit the outlet mall Costello Roma... vad folk säger » no for designer purchases eg Vaentino, farregamo Etc Easy enough to get there from termini. Bus rude costs you 14 euros return about 40 min ride. Well - I loved the hotel, very comfortable, stylish, all the photos correspond to reality. A 10-minute walk from Termini Station and 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Little room is small but corresponds Italian coloring. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is basically coffee croissants, yogurt, plop with milk. Very friendly staff! Next time I will definitely stay here.

  The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away. But the complex was in a medieval setting and very impressive. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a taxi take us to the airport when leaving .

  For the price we paid, to have air conditioning during summer and having our breafast served to our room was pleasantly surprising. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. - Close to transport and a supermarket.
