  Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   Nice knowledgeable and friendly staff( Russian, English, Italian), great location( we lived in the same building with Prada and Caffe Greco), nice clean room, cozy Italian bar for breakfast. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome.   The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant.The whole experience was extreemly luxurious and wonderful! There is much attention to detail in the rooms and a wonderful courtyard to enjoy at leisure. The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of all Rome's wonderful attractions. A true haven for weary travellers!   This was a great place to stay in Rome! The staff was very helpful and informative. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a nice size bathroom. We were surprised by how quiet the place was given the lively weekend nightlife in Trastevere. The location was great - we walked to all of the main attractions in Rome - Trevi Fountain, the ... vad folk säger » Pantheon, the Vatican, Coliseum and more. We really loved the neighborhood feel of Trastevere. There were numerous bars and restaurants to choose fro - I studied lots of B&Bs and spent weeks reading various reviews. The Relais Casa Della Fornarina exceeded our expectations. Large and quiet room. Very clean. Vouchers for a full American breakfast which we didn't get at any other B&B we stayed at. Walking distance to everything in Trastevere. Just don't judge a book by it's cover and how it looks from the outside. A+++ in my book.
