  Supergullig och hjälpsam tjej i receptionen (Petra). Ett bra rum och hotell med skönt läge. Vi promenerade överallt. The man who helped with the check in also brought us to our room and gave us an overview of the facilities. He was really friendly and detailed. - Everything. The room is big enough (Europe standard), the bed is absolutely comfortable and the shower is mmmmmmm... what a great experience after walking Rome. The bathroom, the huge TV, the DVD... everything is new and modern. Really clean. The coffee and tea facilities are very good to take something quikcly and start exploring Rome without delay. The staff was really kind and helpful.

  We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require... vad folk säger » d; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupte - The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

  The Hotel was awesome, very clean, well-equipped, friendly stuff and there are cameras to ensure the safety. Also the patio was a great place to relax with comortable sofas and little fountains.   Its location is in the heart of Rome which allows you to access most of major events on foot. Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori is just 5 min walk. Even Vatican is only 15 min away. Thats a great advantage especially if you go to Rome during hot summer time. You may come back to your room in noon time and refresh yourshelf for the afternoon visits. By using the 3 keys (Building gate, s - Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving. It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

  The views are fantastic and the food is outstanding. A beautiful room with beautiful views and gorgeous weather. The town is quiet and gets the sun for longer than any Positano and some of the other towns. the transport is good between the surrounding towns and Praiano provides a quiet retreat to come back to.   The staff were helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain how to get places. They directed us to the train and told us what kind of ticket to buy for our day trips into Rome. Even though we had to travel an hour or a little more by train to Rome. The friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff was refreshing. The rooms were clean and comfort... vad folk säger » able. They were great. - Our whole stay and experience was great. From the transfer from the airport, our driver Andreas was really helpful and made us feel welcome, to the size of the room was great, a lot larger than we expected! All the staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly and their English was good. It was the start of our honeymoon and our stay kept up our good spirits.
