  Hotel clean comfortable and in a location which precisely suited our itinerary. A bit off the tracks but their own local signage was excellent. Management and staff were extremely attentive.   Gianluca was the perfect host and went out of his way to take care of our every need. We were three sisters who had never been to Rome and had no idea what to expect. All of Gianluca's recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants were spot on. Rooms were comfortable and modern, while the building had the "newer" old world - Gianluca is the perfect host.   The B&B is located really close (10 minutes walk) to Vatican main entrance (Saint Peter), and this is good if you want to visit Vatican on early morning.
