  Hotel clean comfortable and in a location which precisely suited our itinerary. A bit off the tracks but their own local signage was excellent. Management and staff were extremely attentive.   Everything was perfect! The room was very nice and clean. Delicious breakfast with prosciutto, emmentaler cheese, homemade cakes and jams, fresh orange juice, nesspresso coffee... For those who don't like to walk, there is a metro station only 250m away. - This was the cheapest, best stay in Rome I have ever had. Check out the local neighborhood dining options close-by!

  My mother and I just returned from our 5 days stay in Rome and we would definitely recommend this wonderful B&B to everyone. The location of the B&B is perfect and can be reached easily with the Bus Nr.40 from Termini Station in approx. 10min. We stayed in room Nr. 7 - Anita and Marcello were excellent hosts. We arrived a little early from the airport and our room was not ready. A very nice breakfast was provided even though it was after the 10 am ending time for breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless and had a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast food was great, an array of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and pastries, all served in a delightful room looking out over the city.
