  Beautiful location, lovely new home, very kind hosts (that really worked hard to communicate with us using google translate on our smart phones!) They even invited us to a holiday breakfast for Easter.   Everything! The owners are fantastic and they took the time at our arrival to sit down with us and map out an amazing itinerary to maximize our time in Rome. They also recommended wonderful restaurants, and the 24 hour bakery next door was delicious and a great bonus. The room was exactly as pictured - very modern, clean, and comfortable. - Perfect location , near the Metro Station Ottaviano and at walking distance from Vatican Museum and Saint Peter Church. Room and bathroom are clean and of a good dimension. Breakfast is good and with different choices. Owners are very kind and full of information to visit Rome and location where to eat good quality food at cheap price. A 24 hours bakery is beside the structure and a good ice cream shop few meters away. A perfect location where to stay in Rome.

  Our 4-day stay in Rome was amazing thanks to the great location of the B&B and our priceless host, Massimo. All the major sites (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza De’ Fiori, Piazza Spagna etc.) are within walking distance from the B&B, so you are not depending on public transportation... vad folk säger » and can walk back safely on the streets after midnight. Massimo had great tips for visiting the major sites and saved us a lot of time, since we didn - Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's stay is unbeatable.

  Booked as a last minute stop over that was not to far from Rome airport and found this gem of a place to stay. The owners has not been running it very long and really looked after us. The rooms were large and well fitted out. The staff are the highlight at this hotel.   We liked absolutely everything. Small family-run hotel with only 3 rooms of which we occupied 2. The hotel is located just 5 min away from the Vatican museums entrance. Public transport just outside the door. Rooms were fantastic, enormous for Rome, and with all facilities required. They both had big comfortable beds and, although the rooms were ... vad folk säger » facing the main street, they were very quiet during the night. Internet worked fine. Breakfast was good enough to start the day, with cereals, yoghurt - We liked place, very good, near metro, Vatican. Friendly personal. New clean rooms. Small hotel. We like everything in the hotel. We had trip on Italy for 12 days, 4 citys. This is the best hotel where we stayed.
