  Hotel clean comfortable and in a location which precisely suited our itinerary. A bit off the tracks but their own local signage was excellent. Management and staff were extremely attentive.   My mother and I just returned from our 5 days stay in Rome and we would definitely recommend this wonderful B&B to everyone. The location of the B&B is perfect and can be reached easily with the Bus Nr.40 from Termini Station in approx. 10min. We stayed in room Nr. 7 - Anita and Marcello were excellent hosts. We arrived a little early from the airport and our room was not ready. A very nice breakfast was provided even though it was after the 10 am ending time for breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless and had a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast food was great, an array of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and pastries, all served in a delightful room looking out over the city.
