Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly attentive and courteous.The Hotel was very clean and the food was delicious well presented and plentiful, hat off to chef.

This is a very well appointed hotel that is a pleasure to visit. There
is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year
old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and
there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent,
consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and
numerous tarts and pastries. The staff were very helpful and provided
maps and outlined the best way to walk to where we wanted to go. Our son

the staff is expectionally helpfull and friendly, rooms are spacious and well designed, the layout of umbrellas on the private beach is not overly crowded like the majority of Italian beaches, which gives you a nice sense of personal space. It is a friendly relaxing place to stay, close to Rome and the airport. Bracciano is an interesting town and the lake is close. The owner and staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. I would go back for a longer stay. -

I would certainly recommend this hotel. It was quiet and clean and the pool area, although quite small, was never busy. Perhaps people paid to spend the day at the beach but we were happy by the pool with short visits to the beach for a walk and a paddle! The beach and a good choice of restaurants are only a short walk away, (as is the doctor and

We took the train and then -
The hotel was really nice,
1-The breakfast was good with good varieties
2-The hotel is not far from the beach, max 10 min walking
3-The hotel offers a shuttle bus to take you to the old historic area.
4-The staff was helpful and nice.
5-Room was clean and space was fine.
6-The hotel has a private beach ( very close) but they charged us only 20 euro instead of 30 as we went bit late in the afternoon , the normal price in public beach is 15 euro

It is a very young modern Hotel. - The stuff is just great, super-proffesional! Hotel is quite new, rooms are well-designed, good-furnished and really nice, as well as hotel itself. Breakfast is great, but quite expencive. Location is not in "touristic" place, so you can find a lot of cafe, bars and shopes with usual prices.
