  The location is perfect, only 3 minutes to the underground, buses in front of the hotel, 12 minutes on foot to Termini,within walking distance to many attractions, very good breakfast - The staff are really really friendly. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Located 3 blocks from the subway and also near to the termini. Good Value!

  Friendly and helpful staff, close to Termini, great value for the price. - Location of the hotel is okay. Note, that hotel is located on the 3rd floor (!) of an old building, where elevator aged of 100 years too. First of all, elevator is quite tiny.   Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

  I had to stay in Rome for two days only and I decided to spend the night there because of the location (close to the Termini Station: buses, metro, trains). I think was the best choice I've made given the price. The room was clean and has it all the basic needs. Another good thing is that you can stay as late as you want. It won't be any problem. Just give them a - It is very close to Termini Station (less than 3 minutes walking). If you are traveling to Ciampino Airport this will be very convinient (buses to Ciampino departs from Termini Station). No need to pay more to stay close to the Colisseum or Vatican City, the Metro will take you there or you can walk, you will have something to spot every two blocks! Tha bathroom was really nice!! clean and big.

  I stayed with my mom and we would like to thanks to Elisa the receptionist who was dealing with us. She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times.   excellent location, 5m to the metro station and at least 8 buses surrounding. The staffs were very nice and kind. They gave you many useful information for which you are looking. Good price, good quality, clean and above all a good location. The hotel is small so there is not too much noise during the night. If I will go back to Rome, I will repeat in this hotel for sure.

  bra läge. Rent och fräscht, trevlig personal - Läget utmärkt. Stort hotellrum, kändes aldrig trångt trots 4 personer i rummet. Bordsreserveringen i det lilla frukostrummet fungerade bra. Personalen var mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående, talade god engelska. Vi trivdes!

  although i had read very bad reviews about the hotel, but actually i was surprised on arrival. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. There is a supermarket in the Termini, you can buy food and all the things you need. They do cleaning everyday. The boss is very very nice, he talked me about my trip plan and gave me a lot of suggestion. Thank him so much.
