  The location right next to the station was excellent - very easy for our students to find when they went in the evening. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning next year. - The hotel staff

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Metro also two blocks away for a 7 minute trip to the Vatican Metro station. Hotel breakfast was continental but sufficient a... vad folk säger » nd nice and easy before starting the day. My wife and daughters found plenty of shopping nearby, especially on and around Via Nazionale which is 40m f - Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

  Wonderful and friendly service, always helped us find our way in Rome, aswered all of our questions, they gave us an adapter for our chargers, and even watched our luggage after we checked out :) Hotel is situated 1 minute from Termini station - from this station you can get around Rome very easly (same with coming back to hotel - from almost ever... vad folk säger » y place in the city). Room was very cosy and clean, shower was small, but it didn't bothered us a lot :) Amazing blinds - we slept very well, room was - Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English

  The hotel as a lot of the viewers said is a basic one, simply furnished, small bath, very simple breakfast. Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

The owners went overboard to make you feel at home and answered our many questions with knowledge and added their own little bits to make it a great experience. as for the location it was great within walking distance of the central bus/train station. Its location is in a very safe and convineint quarter - 10 min. on foot to Termini and to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

  Location from the train station (6 blocks) and the Metro (2 blocks) were ideal. Rooms were very clean and a nice size, as were the bathrooms - not at all cramped. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The basic breakfast was filling – three different fresh baked goods daily, juice, coffee or tea plus additional packaged biscuits and jam. Note, that hotel is located on the 3rd floor (!) of an old building, where elevator aged of 100 years too. First of all, elevator is quite tiny.   Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

  A superb hotel for a short city break. The staff were very helpful, I had to email before arrival and answered promptly. It's in such a fantastic location, a stone's throw from termini and with lots of nice bars, restuarants and pizzerias on the doorstep. We walked to most attractions easily, the colloseum & forum are about 20 - 30 minute walk... vad folk säger » away. The Vatican is a few metro stops away too. Breakfast is basic but just enough to set you up for your daily travels. We will definitely be recom - the hotel very much was pleasant. Convenient arrangement, nearby the station, (went to Naples) both the subway, sights! Nearby on Manin Street found remarkable restaurant where usually had supper. I will note goodwill of the personnel! Thanks to them! Next time we will stop only in this hotel!

  I had to stay in Rome for two days only and I decided to spend the night there because of the location (close to the Termini Station: buses, metro, trains). I think was the best choice I've made given the price. The room was clean and has it all the basic needs. Another good thing is that you can stay as late as you want. It won't be any problem. Just give them a - It is very close to Termini Station (less than 3 minutes walking). If you are traveling to Ciampino Airport this will be very convinient (buses to Ciampino departs from Termini Station). No need to pay more to stay close to the Colisseum or Vatican City, the Metro will take you there or you can walk, you will have something to spot every two blocks! Tha bathroom was really nice!! clean and big.

  I stayed with my mom and we would like to thanks to Elisa the receptionist who was dealing with us. She was so friendly and helpful to explain everything about the facilities and different places to visit. Also she informed ask about bus services and times.   Nice room, very good location-just few minutes from central train station and centre, polite staff. Room was clean and comfortable. If I go to Rome again - I will with pleasure take the same hotel. - It is situated within easy walking distance from the Roma Termini Station and most touristic landmarks.
