  Excellent location, very convenient commute from/ to airport by bus, or rail, as it's close to Termini hub. Staff treated us with courtesy and we had a bunch of pleasant micro surprises upon check-in: like free wifi, though initially declared at a charge, free and refillable mini-bar for the whole three days of our stay, etc. However, I don't thin... vad folk säger » k it's a sure thing for absolutely all guests ever. The hotel was quite clean and I couldn't imagine what to find a fault with. They also have a prett - We used this hotel for a two day city break prior to a Med cruise from Civitavecchia. The hotel is brilliantly located as it is 2 mins walk from Termini Station where the airport express train terminates and also trains run regularly from Termini to the port. The hotel is also adjacent to the first stop on the hop on hop off bus but also within 20 mins walk of many attractions.   We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Furthermore everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance! Staff is very helpful. We arrived early, and could leave the luggage. We did not hear the sounds of the traffic. All sorts of things were prese - Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it. The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts. The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries . Very close walking distance to the Vatican and only 5 to 10mins by taxi to Colloseo.   Superb location right near the Pantheon yet very quiet; We were met at the apartment by Sharon who was brilliant; Very central to many of Rome's 'wow' attractions; Atmosphere and dining in the Piazza della Rotunda is wonderful; Great shower! We absolutely adored the luxuriously furnished apartment. Sharon from Home Suite Rome who dealt with us was outstanding.   I loved the Trevi Luxe rooms, because they were right by the Trevi fountain, and within walking distance of the Spanish steps, the Pantheon, the Piazza Venetia, and the Colosseum/Forum/Capitoline Hill.   Now this was a beautiful hotel! From the pre-arrival emails that provided great advise, to the excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful (we had room 307).   The staff at Navona Suites were extremely helpful. The answer was always 'yes' and with a smile. They dealt with every single request immediately and gave great advice on places to visit and local expertise on prices and timings of trips.
