  Location was about 100 yards from Spanish Steps, and very close to a metro stop. AlsoRooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were good sized and modern. Service was excellent, from the concierge to the 24 hour butler service in the lounge.   Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! Certainly o... vad folk säger » n my must list!! - The location is excellent and the service was friendly and top-notch. This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

  There was a problem with our room when we got to the B&B. The one we've chosen was occupied so we were transferred to another B&B just behind the corner. It was definitely not the standard I would expect so I raised it with the host and had been put on the phone with the owner. It got sorted very well at the end as we received an apology, ... vad folk säger » we were transferred to the room we booked the very next morning and we got a substantial discount as well. The host in the later place was just amazin - It is very close to the subway! The Christina who takes care of the rooms were so sweet and helpful, made ​​you feel comfortable immediately. A short distance after the Via Leone at the Via Candia exist a perfect patisserie with the best ice cream all over Rome.

  Claude is a wonderful host. He made me feel very welcome. The rooms where small but confetable and clean. The B&B is located very close to the Colloseum and other important sites in Rome. - Great location, walking distance from Colosseum, Roman Forum, Metro stations etc. Good restaurants nearby.
