  The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, always smiling and attentive. The location was not bad, although restaurants around were not that great but it was a nice walk to piazza spagna and the shopping area which was very convenient. - Everything, great location, 3 minute walk to villa borghese and 10 minute walk to fontana di trevi and spanish ... vad folk säger » steps.   Trevlig personal, bra service (bla behövde vi en korskruv till en vinflaska vi hade köpt under dagen. Jag ringde ner till receptionen och det gick inte mer än 3 minuter så kom någon och hjälpte oss med att öppna flaskan.) Personalen arbetade med ett leende och sen servicevilja mestadels.   We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require... vad folk säger » d; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupte - The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

  It was fabulous. Very clean chalet. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our party. Plenty of room. Pool was amazing. Our 2 year old had a blast in kiddy pool and went up and down waterslide hundreds of times. He could not get enough. The entertainment at night for children was great.
