  An absolutely wonderful residence with the most fantastic family owners. They were so helpful with everything, and couldn't of done more to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The grounds are kept immaculate and a bonus, the pool was open, the views across the island are simply breathtaking. It was the end of the season and they were still friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. The apartments are efficiently designed and comfortable, with sea views, and close enough to walk to town. A lovely place to stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

Quiet at night. - The hotel is well located just outside the old town area - an easy 5 min walk to both the harbour and the old town centre with its small array of restaurants and shops.   Excellent facilities, room very clean with above average cleanliness and attention to detail. Helpful staff. Excellent restaurant near the hotel. Must try they seafood risotto. There is a supermarket clsoe to the hotel.. Must try their special Elba bread and local wine. The surrounding were very bautiful. Close to Marina de Campo beach.

So overall we had some heartwarmi - We stayed at four different hotels in Italy and Agriturismo Il Termine was by far the best hotel. Very nice staff, you feel as you are part of the family. The hotel also had fantastic food!!! The best food on Elba including the breakfast. It is a small and cosy hotel so if you want to relax and enjoy nature this is the place to visit. We only regret that we could not stay longer!
