  The hotel location is perfect (center of Venice in the nicest area), the room was quite big with air-conditioning and fan. Everything was more than correct for the price we payed for middle of July. Not huge breakfast but correct: good coffe, bread with butter and jam and one cake.   frukosten kunde bättras på - wonderfull attitude towards customers, friendly staff - Large pleasant room that was spotlessly clean. Hotel was close to the bus and train stations as well as a big waterbus stop. It was quite a long waterbus ride to the centre but if you had a good map it was possible to walk there fairly quickly.
