  Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gemytligt och trivsamt hotell med bra läge. - Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff (Sabrina, Stefania & Pietro especially Comfortable room. Good breakfast with welcoming mein host! Very convenient for train and bus stations. Good value for money.   We loved staying in this gracious palazzo. Very friendly staff who treated us like family. nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the location, away from the main tourist area but only 5 minutes walk away. The garden is also wonderful and we eat breakfast out in the sunshine each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go there again... vad folk säger » . - The Hotel was well situated but still quiet. The staff and management treated us like family friends rather than paying guests and it was one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed. Nothing was too much trouble and there were many little extras provided free of charge, which only added to the pleasure. The room was wonderful, full of atmosphere and beautifully appointed. I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends without hesitation.

  This was a great place to stay! The location was excellent, the staffwas helpful, nice, informative, and spoke excellent english, the roomwas perfect, quiet, well appointed and the inclusive breakfast wasamazing.   Bra läge nära "allt" samtidigt som hotellet ligger lite avskilt. Personalen var trevlig, personlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var jättefint med utsikt mot kanalen. Frukosten var god - om än inte så hälsosam. Båtturen till Muranoön ingick som utlovat, en riktigt fin liten båttur och guidad tur hos glasblåsaren. Takterassen var liten men fantastisk.   We spent 2 nighst in Hotel Tre Archi. Very easy to find, nice rooms andstaff, and good location. Cannaregio is maybe the best district inVenice: it's close to the Center (either on foot or by vaporetto), butthere're a lot of cheap shops, supermarkets and charming restaurants.Although, on our last day I fell into the water, but I think it's notthe H... vad folk säger » otel's fault:D:D - There was a flood just a day before our arrival. We called up to the hotel and they asked whether we wanted to cancel our booking. They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. No we do not regret about this decision and can recommend the hotel to everybody

  Luxury hotel for a reasonable price. Extra services are expensive though. Nice location by canal and very quiet, but close to Vaporetto. - It was absolutely amasing

  Charming, friendly and extremely helpful staff. A minor quibble: no waste paper basket(s) in the big gorgeous beamed room--a free upgrade from that requested. Unique design of room #401 (with stairs up and down to bathroom which was a shower only(but beautifully equipped) made it a little awkward to navigate. There should be a house phone in the ba... vad folk säger » throom since you'll never make it from the shower. - Lovely, in a nice quiet location.Had top floor room with a lovely view over rooftops. The bathroom was a bit small but very clean. The walk to the main areas of the city was about 10-15mins and very pleasant. From the hotel it is only a 4 minute walk to the Fondamente Nuova to get boats to Murano and Burrano. 3 mins from a main shopping area with cafe's etc.Staff were excellent.

  Staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and warm. The location is ideal, only a short walk from the bus and train stations and a 20 minute walk to the Rialto bridge through the city.
