  Excellent location, great park (kids were very happy). Kitchen was a big plus for us. If you want to got to s beach, Misena is just 15 min drive away. Alessandra is very friendly.

  The name says much about the hotel. Relax. The owners, Olga and Rita arelovely. Gracious, friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel issuperb...easily a 5 star accommodation. The best food we enjoyed in Italy! - The people were so friendly and helpful, it was amazing here! If youonly thought about tea, they already came with a big tray with a teapot, delicious cookies, sweets, filled figs and so on. When entering theroom, we already received a bucket with Prosecco and sweets. All thetime they pampered us and gave us the feeling being king and queen. Iwould love to come back again!

  We stayed in 2 rooms, both of which were lovely. The facilities in the room were high spec & cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast gave huge choice & was really tasty. The location was great as it was on a pedestrianised street in a good location. Finally I can't speak highly enough of the staff. If I was returning to Naples tomorrow I would definitely stay at this hote - We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great. Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!

  Very good location, very quiet, beautiful beach within one or two minutes walk from the hotel, a pool with warm thermal water and hydro- massage, plus a pool with lower, air-temperature water, plus sauna, ideal cleanliness, and, the most important, very friendly staff - Giovanni, Marco, Antonio and Pasquale, who always ready to help with all issue... vad folk säger » s. Everything was ok, thank you very much! Sometimes in the evenings it was a pleasure to listen to lovely Italian song performed very nicely by Pasqu - Friendly staff - we felt really like at home. Location - close to the beach, where you can find good restaurants. Two thermal pools (small but quite enough taking into account size of the hotel) - one is indoor and another is partly with roof - we could bathing regardless of weather.

  The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.
