  The two best things about this small hotel was the owner Ettore and the location. Ettore couldn't have been more helpful.I have never experienced any staff member at any place I have ever stayed who was more welcoming. Ettore was not intrusive but gave you all the information and advise about Sorrento and the surrounding area you could possibly ne... vad folk säger » ed. We certainly didn't need to refer to any guide books while we were in his hotel. he was genuinly interested in how our day went and and did all he - Ettore was a wonderful and thoughtful host that made our stay very enjoyable. He was tremendously helpful in answering any of our questions. He offered a great overview of things to see and do not only in Sorrento but on the Amalfi Coast. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to suggest some great restaurants. The B&B was in an excellent location (in old town) - walking distance to the ferry terminal, train station, shopping and restaurants. The accomodations were comfortabl

  Personalen var hjälpsam och vänlig. Lägenheten passade oss perfekt med två rum (ett för barnen) och kokmöjlighet. AC fungerade OK. Bra toa/dusch. Centralt läge intill Piazza Tasso men rummet, som låg in mot gården, stördes inte av trafiken (vilket rum ut mot gatan förmodligen har problem med då trafiken var tät). - Att vi fick ett större rum än vi ... vad folk säger » betalade för.

  Ivan and Fabbiana are exceptional hosts - we were grateful to have such wonderful people welcome us to Sorrento. The staff is a reflection of the owners - Giovanni went out of his way to assist us with parking, traffic control while we parked, and carrying our bags to the hotel. Lina was warm and welcoming, and very gracious in the phone calls and... vad folk säger » emails prior to our visit. Marika checked us in and was also a beacon of grace and customer service. Last but not least, Serafina and her home baked - I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos. The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends.   The staff was outstanding...so helpful, friendly, and responsive. We enjoyed talking to them...beyond the usual traveller conversations..the atmosphere was warm and enlightening.   We traveled along the amalfi coast all the way to Sorrento on a 7 day trip. Throughout our trip we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and comfort the hotels provided on the coast... until we came across Magi House Relais. We wanted to stay forever! It was better than any 5 star hotel or any other hotels we came acr - Great location in the old quarter in the center of Sorrento. Everything was perfect. The apartment was bi-level, bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a small kitchen upstairs, which allowed us to cook a few nights and then dine out a few nights. It is also an easy 30 minute train ride from Sorrrento to Pompei and 15 more minutes to Herculanaem. Staff at Magi House were wonderful. The owner Mariano wants to make sure that you have a great stay.

  I loved everything about this apartment. I was skeptical at first about the area and price. After me and my friends arrived we soon realized we would never want to leave! Our apartment was a 6 person apartment on the first floor. We could leave the doors open at night and hear the sea while we fell asleep. We called Rose to let her know we - Rosa the manager was very kind and helpful to us. It has a wonderful location right on the beach in the middle of things yet was also quiet.
