  Wonderful staff: so professional, friendly, helpful - the waiters, and also the staff on reception in particular, and also the people who cleaned our room, and the man who immediately came and fixed the air conditioning when there was a problem.   Perfect hotel, very friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and warm pool. It takes some time (15 minutes) to reach the sea. But for us it was positive moment - it is so nice to have walk.   This was our fourth stay at this hotel. Our previous 3 stays occured during the years that the hotel was a JW Marriott. The hotel has been completed refurbished and it is beautiful. The new feeling is one of a boutique hotel with an intimate feeling. The entire staff went out of its way to meet our every need.   Antonietta and Giovanna were the perfect hosts from start to finish. Their staff including Nico, Diego and Paulo were always very polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Antonietta, Giovanna and their staff!! The hotel looks great and our room was clean and a good size with a patio area leading to the garden. All in all, Orsa Maggiore is a beautiful hotel with excellent owners and - Orsa Maggiore was a beautiful stop for us on our honeymoon. I would request a room Oceanside (beautiful sunsets). The rooms are clean and pretty, but here, you are paying for the views and a great design of a pool area! The staff are also all very nice and helpful! They made good dinner recommendations and always offered to shuttle you around the island (this is quite helpful if you know Capri) and the wifi connection is good. Also-the free breakfast is plentiful!

  Hotel Poseidon is perfectly placed in the beautiful Positano with beautiful views across the bay. It has a lovely charm. The terrace is a relaxing place for drinks and just to take in the views. Or a quick dip in the pool which although a little small provides the chance to cool off. The main part of the town is a short walk down the hill. The room, a superior, was clean and comfortable. - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The views are magical. We felt at home at this hotel. The balcony off the room was perhaps the best room feature we have experienced and the robes and slippers were a nice touch.
