Everything. The host Marco was very friendly, he gave us great advise regarding restaurants, he even called us before chek-in hour to inform that our room is ready and we can come earlier. Great accomodations very well located near the heart of Ravello. Pls note if using a GPS that Via Crocelle is a walking street but only a few steps from a driving street, it is actually directly across from the Auditorium, so easy to find and we'll located. Great location in the old quarter in the center of Sorrento. Everything was perfect. The apartment was bi-level, bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a small kitchen upstairs, which allowed us to cook a few nights and then dine out a few nights. It is also an easy 30 minute train ride from Sorrrento to Pompei and 15 more minutes to Herculanaem. Staff at Magi House were wonderful. The owner Mariano wants to make sure that you have a great stay.

I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos.
The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends. We booked five nights (our honeymoon!) at this amazing place and throughout our stay felt welcomed and at home with great hospitality and atmosphere Angelica and the rest of the crew created.
This is one of those places that makes you feel that its designers thought of every detail and was created to perfection.

Everything. Angelica and the staff were wonderful. They were basically invisable until you needed something and they magicaly appeared.
The accomodation was only a month old when we stayed so all was new and beautifully appointed. Our room had a wonderful lawn area out the front that we relaxed on every afternoon with a wine and watch the passing parade of boats.
