Excellent customer service, the staff all of them are great. Gabriele always helpful and polite who speaks good English.
The hotel is a good value for the money. Great location is very close to the stazion di Napoli centrale. It is extremely clean, and the staffs are very helpful. They happily accommodated my request to store my bags before check-in and after check-out, and that made my stay all the more easier. Naples is really a beautiful city. The Covo degli Angioini is very well located, close to the harbor and a short walk from the shopping center. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, they explained everything we could see how all the monuments and the most characteristic places to eat.
They welcomed us really well. The room was large and very clean. We will be back gladly.

We had the cottage in the garden and were delighted with it. Large spacious, an elegantly decorated room with air con, fly nets on windows, secure parking, fruit basket and tea making, It was a wonderful stop for 3 days. The owners were lovely. They provided us with a very comprehensive guide of the area including train times to Napoli and Sorrento and lent us guides on Pompei, Napoli and Capri. They poured us a beer on arrival with home made cake - no charge. Highly recommended.
