Antonietta and Giovanna were the perfect hosts from start to finish. Their staff including Nico, Diego and Paulo were always very polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Orsa Maggiore was a beautiful stop for us on our honeymoon. I would request a room Oceanside (beautiful sunsets). The rooms are clean and pretty, but here, you are paying for the views and a great design of a pool area! The staff are also all very nice and helpful! They made good dinner recommendations and always offered to shuttle you around the island (this is quite helpful if you know Capri) and the wifi connection is good. Also-the free breakfast is plentiful!

The front esk reception area personnel were outstanding and gave great service. I want to particularly site lia as most helpfull. Alphonse, Roberto, and Leonardo were very accommodating. The food service personnel did a terrific job including Ciro and Alphonse. They are added an immeasurable dimension to our stay. Please extend our thanks to them.

The location is excellent, as it is very private and secluded with an amazing view. The staff is very friendly and helpful in satisfying all requests. Almost all food is naturally sourced from the local farm. The thermal bath in the hotel and on the beach is very romantic and a truly unique experience. -

The most Fantastic hotel, with beautiful views, great rooms, superb location near centre of Ravello, brilliant breakfast with such a variety & quality and absolutely top class staff who cared for their guests, sought high standards and were, well, just very, very nice, helpful people. We liked the thermal pools and the views from the hotel across the bay of Naples - it was beautiful. The grounds were landscaped with beautiful plants, and the public areas inside were really nicely done - a big lounge and the restaurant looking out onto the terrace and the view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean, and a decent-sized room, which was quiet for sleeping. It was easy to walk into town or get a bus. We would definitely stay here again, we found Ischia very relaxin
