The best asset of this hotel is the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very well-appointed and very comfortable. The Management and staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are all from facing and have a wonderful view over 2 bay and to Mount Vesuvius. At first sight, we were we were disappointed with the rather basic room. However, as soon as we saw the huge terrace, overlooking the Bay of Naples, we forgot about the room. (Who needs luxury with a view like that??).
The hotel was exactly what we were looking for - perfect location, clean, friendly staff, free wifi at all times and great pool.

The hotel was nicely located and easy to get to by cab. You were able to get dropped off right in front of the hotel by car. If you come by boat, you would need to take the steep walk up to the hotel, though porters are readily available to take your luggage. The staff was very helpful and even called our next hotel for us to ask a few questions. The room was clean and nicely decorated and we had a partial view of the water. The room was very neat and clean. The breakfast was very good, and well organized. This was one of the best places we stayed at over our four weeks on the continent in terms of value for money, staff, helpfulness. Mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och professionell personal. Bra läge intill Marina Grande. Jag fick dessutom på hotellet smaka den godaste Grappa (Bonollo), som bara den var värd resan till Capri. Man kände sig riktigt välkommen till denna vackra ö, när man mötte personalen på Hotel Bristol. - Terassen!
